What it does

An agent built from the Hotel reception with online booking template runs the call in a fixed order:
  1. asks for the dates, the number of guests and preferences, turns phrases like “from Friday to Sunday” or “for the long weekend” into dates and reads them back for confirmation,
  2. checks availability in the property’s booking system and offers at most three options with the total price for the stay,
  3. holds the chosen room, registers a transaction with Przelewy24 and texts the payment link (a percentage deposit or the full amount),
  4. when the payment arrives, Przelewy24 notifies BrosBots, the payment is verified and the booking is confirmed in the property’s system,
  5. when nobody pays within the configured time, the room goes back on sale.
If the booking system does not answer, the agent says so, takes the number and a good time, and the reception calls back (the request lands on the leads list).
No Przelewy24 account yet: keep demo mode and pick no payment connection. The SMS link then opens a BrosBots test payment page with a “Pay (test)” button, and clicking it confirms the booking like a real payment would. Nothing is charged. That is how to check the whole flow before opening an account.

Setup

  1. Integrations → Przelewy24: Merchant ID, POS ID (empty when equal to the Merchant ID), the reports API key and the CRC key from the Przelewy24 panel. Sandbox for tests, Production for real payments. Test connection checks the credentials; the CRC key is checked by the first payment.
  2. The property’s booking system: the agent runs on a sample property (four room types, seasonal prices, some dates deliberately sold out). Wiring the property’s own system is arranged individually.
  3. Agent editor → Integrations → Hotel bookings with a deposit: the Przelewy24 connection, deposit percentage or full amount, minutes to pay, maximum nights, the reception e-mail for confirmations and house rules for the agent.
The SMS goes out from the agent’s number, so the agent needs an assigned number. Przelewy24 requires an e-mail on every transaction: the agent asks the caller for one and falls back to the reception e-mail from the settings.

Security

  • A Przelewy24 notification is accepted only from the operator’s IP addresses, only with a valid SHA-384 signature, and only when the amount and currency match the registered transaction.
  • A repeated notification never confirms a booking twice.
  • Przelewy24 keys are encrypted at rest and never written to logs.
