The same two questions as BaseLinker and Shopify, for sellers whose shop is their Allegro account. The agent’s tools are the same; only the place it asks changes.

Setup

  1. In the app: Integrations → Allegro → Connect with Allegro, and sign in to the account you sell from. There is no key to paste.
  2. On the agent: Integrations tab → Order status (Allegro) and Availability and prices (Allegro) → pick the connection.
When creating a customer support agent in the wizard, switch on Check orders and offers on Allegro. The wizard uses the account connected under Integrations, so connect it first.
The agent has read-only access to orders and offers. It never lists anything, changes a price or replies to buyers.

How the agent finds an order

An Allegro buyer has no “order number” they could read out, so the agent looks differently than it does in Shopify:
  • by the number the buyer is calling from - without asking anything, if it is the number they gave at purchase,
  • by the phone on the order, when they call from another number,
  • by the buyer’s Allegro login.
A login alone is not enough for the agent to read anything out: it is visible on every review, so knowing it proves nothing. The agent asks for the phone given in the order. E-mail is not a key, because the address on an Allegro order is a relay address the buyer has never seen. Names, addresses and logins are never returned to the agent.

Limits

  • A lookup by phone covers the 300 most recent orders from the last 90 days. On a busier account the agent finds an older order by login.
  • An order whose buyer never finished the delivery form is described as unfinished, not as paid.
  • A cash-on-delivery order is not reported as paid.
  • The Allegro sign-in expires after 3 months without use. When Test connection says Allegro no longer accepts the sign-in, open the connection with the pencil and click Reconnect the account.
