# Audit log

> Who changed what on the account, and when: agents, numbers, the team, integrations, billing.

## Where it is

The account menu → **Audit log**. The account's
owners and admins see it. Somebody with the **Viewer** role does not, since it
shows the whole team's activity and IP addresses.

## What is in it

Every change on the account is one row:

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **When** | Date and time of the change |
| **Who** | The team member. A change made with an API key is recorded for the key's owner |
| **What** | For example "Published an agent", "Bought a number", "Changed a team role" |
| **Object** | The id of the agent, campaign, number or contact. Agents, campaigns and contacts open on click |
| **IP address** | Where the change came from |

The **Area** filter narrows the list to agents, campaigns, numbers, the team,
integrations, contacts, billing, the account or security. **Older events** loads the
next 50 rows.

## What is recorded and what is not

Changes are recorded: to agents (saving a draft and publishing separately, see
[Draft and publish](https://docs.brosbots.com/en/voice-agent/draft-publish.md)), campaigns, numbers, the
team, integrations, tools, the knowledge base, API keys, contacts and the
do-not-call list, the plan and top-ups, privacy and agency settings, and turning
[two-step sign-in](https://docs.brosbots.com/en/features/two-factor.md) on or off. SMS sent
from the panel are recorded too.

Browsing, test calls and suggestions generated in the editor are not, since
they change nothing. A change the server refused is not recorded either.

The content of a change is never stored: no prompts, keys or customer data.
Only who, what, when, on what and from where.

The log is deleted with the account.
